5. Product & Service Warranties
- We provide a 30-day product warranty on parts purchased and installed through us. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
- Custom-built computers include a 1-year warranty covering hardware defects (excluding damage caused by user negligence).

6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.
- Users are responsible for securing their data and maintaining backups.

7. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
